| Yep as above - look directly over the indicator (shine a torch down there) and the tab is visible. One has to be gentle as breakig it is common. Once the tab is undone - should just pull forward. |

I know they are , missing a bracket on the inside (medial side Ben ).
I have the bracket, need to be 'split' and then welded in place (see the journal thread). |

The e92 does not have a water temperature gauge it has oil temp instead.
But no dipstick?

| Gearchanges seem smoother and, interestingly, the oil temp runs a bit lower since the remap. Which is promising. Almost needless to say the car goes like the proverbial bat out of hell! Very pleasing ... |
